The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle is a beautiful meeting and event destination in central Pennsylvania. As part of the DCNR Pennsylvania state park system, the inn offers a unique alternative to the larger conference centers found in towns and urban settings across the Commonwealth. Here at the Nature Inn, we offer state-of-the-art facilities at an environmentally responsible, LEED Gold-certified venue for meetings, social gatherings, weddings, and other events.
The inn offers two event spaces that are suitable for groups ranging in size from two to 50. With 16 overnight guest rooms, we can comfortably accommodate guests for overnight gatherings or multi-day retreats. We offer expansive views overlooking FJ Sayers Reservoir, walk-out connections to Bald Eagle State Park’s natural resources, exceptional in-house meals, and catering all at affordable prices. Our dedicated staff of event planners are available and look forward to working with you to make your upcoming event an unqualified success.
Great room Meeting Packages
The all-inclusive Great Room Meeting Packages are designed for groups of 20 or more and include full-service catering, the facility rental, room setup and A/V equipment to match your group’s needs. The Great Room accommodates groups of 18 to 54 attendees comfortably with our variety of room layouts available.

Library boardroom meeting packages
The all-inclusive Library Meeting Packages are designed for groups of 10 or more and include full-service catering, the facility rental, room setup and A/V equipment to match your group’s needs. The Library accommodates groups of 2 to 30 attendees comfortably with our variety of room layouts available.
Full-Service Catering
The Nature Inn is a full-service catering operation with a skilled culinary staff responsible for menu development and who will oversee all aspects of food preparation for your meeting, event, or gathering. Our menus range from light appetizers and hors d’oeuvres to casual lunches, barbecues, and full-dinner options. Our event planners will be happy to discuss your ideas and suggest items for a personalized menu perfectly suited to your group.
Conversation coves
The Nature Inn has several quiet sitting areas located along the first-floor and second-floor corridors which are ideal for small breakout sessions and private conversations. Adjacent spaces allow for tailored break service as well.
Covered Wrap around porch
Enjoy unspoiled views of Bald Eagle Mountain and the Sayers Lake from these porches. Open for use by meeting attendees or private event guests, the porches provide a quiet, shaded retreat for small group activities, casual social time, or a smaller group meal.

Book the entire inn for your meeting or event, and you'll enjoy exclusive use of our outdoor spaces which are among the most memorable in central Pennsylvania. With views overlooking the lake, our patio draws guests looking to unwind after a full day.
Enjoy an evening meal prepared on our professional-grade gas grills or allow our culinary staff to do the grilling for you. Our communal fire ring is an evening focal point throughout much of the year. We provide seasoned wood, starter materials, and marshmallow sticks.
Gatherings often include lively conversation shared over s’mores or an evening cocktail. During colder months, gatherings move indoors around the large stone fireplace in our great room.
