Library boardroom meeting packages

The all-inclusive Library Meeting Packages are designed for groups of 10 or more and include full-service catering, the facility rental, room setup and A/V equipment to match your group’s needs. The Library accommodates groups of 2 to 30 attendees comfortably with our variety of room layouts available.

We have developed several all-inclusive meeting packages, with half-day and full-day options, at either basic or deluxe level. We are confident that you’ll find everything you need for a successful meeting, training, or retreat. Facility fees, services, and taxes are packaged together with all of your food and beverage needs at a simple per person price for ease of budgeting. We’ve compiled plenty of snack and meal options that will fit right into your meeting agenda and there will never a shortage of refreshments.

Library full-day meeting package

 

Our all-inclusive full day meeting packages include full-service catering throughout the day, which includes an all-day beverage and snack station, a grab and go style breakfast, lunch and an afternoon break.


Our full day meeting packages include room rental of up eight hours.

Our all-inclusive half day w/ lunch meeting packages include full-service catering throughout your meeting, which includes an all-day beverage and snack station, a choice of breakfast or afternoon break and lunch.

Our half day meeting packages include room rental of up to four hours.

Library Boardroom layouts

Perched above the Nature Inn’s lobby with a direct view of the signature Bald Eagle stained glass mural is an intimate reading library and interpretive resource center. Perfectly proportioned and laid out for board-style meetings of up to 22 guests, the room can be closed off to the lobby below, with sliding glass privacy panels. While the library’s nest-like setting is truly unique, it also features wireless internet, conference call capabilities, and state-of-the-art AV resources.
