The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle is a lakeside lodge and event venue nestled within Bald Eagle State Park, located right in the center of Pennsylvania. Our experienced and accommodating event staff look forward to creating an event that meets your unique needs and goals, and allows your participants to feel refreshed and accomplished by the end of the retreat!
Winter social retreat Packages
The all-inclusive Winter Social Retreat Packages are designed for social retreat planners and coordinators, including overnight lodging, full-service catering, facility rental, room setup and A/V equipment to match your retreat's needs. Our all-inclusive package pricing makes it simple to calculate what your cost will be to host the event and calculate what you plan to charge your social retreat attendees.
The Nature Inn accommodates retreat groups of 25 to 45 attendees comfortably with our variety of room layouts available. Both shared and private guest rooms are available to accommodate all of your retreat guests. Package pricing available during winter season only (December 1st - March 13th), excludes holidays. Minimum guest count of 25 or more for all social retreats and requires all sixteen (16) guest rooms to be filled by group.

All-Inclusive Transparent Pricing
We take pride in the transparency of our pricing structure with absolutely no hidden fees. We are aware that many social retreat venues are not upfront with the overall cost, making it difficult for retreat coordinators to determine if they can stay within their budget or not. We decided to change that industry standard and make all of our pricing easily available to anyone interested in our property. Our transparent pricing structure makes it simple for potential retreat groups to determine, to the penny, what their two-night social retreat at The Nature Inn will cost by using this simple equation:
Package Price x # of Guests = Total Cost
All charges, including tax & gratuity, have been calculated and are included in our all-inclusive pricing structure for every social retreat package that we offer.
guest accommodations & Booking commitment
As a two-night social retreat destination, your group will enjoy exclusive use of the entire lodge for your social retreat gathering. By booking your retreat with us, you are committing to fill all sixteen (16) of our overnight guest rooms for both nights of your social retreat package.
All retreat groups will enjoy a 15 percent discount on overnight rooms, which is factored into the Overnight Corporate Retreat Package all-inclusive pricing.
Team Building Activities
Invigorate your group and help foster team building through nature-based activities with our door-step access to year-round land and water activities. If you prefer formal programming, we encourage you to contact Bald Eagle State Park’s environmental education staff at (814) 625-9369 well in advance. Popular activities have included guided hikes, Green Building tours, birding programs, and snowshoeing & cross country ski outings typically at no cost. If you prefer to organize your own group outings, seasonal activities can be arranged through the marina and include individual kayaks or pontoon boat rentals.

During colder months, gatherings move indoors around the large stone fireplace in our Great Room. You'll also enjoy exclusive use of our outdoor spaces, weather permitting, which are among the most memorable in central Pennsylvania. With views overlooking the lake, the patio draws guests looking to unwind after a full day. Our communal fire ring is an evening focal point throughout much of the year. We provide seasoned wood, starter materials, and marshmallow sticks. Gatherings often include lively conversation shared over s’mores or an evening cocktail.
