The all-inclusive Great Room Meeting Packages are designed for groups of 20 or more and include full-service catering, the facility rental, room setup and A/V equipment to match your group’s needs. The Great Room accommodates groups of 18 to 54 attendees comfortably with our variety of room layouts available.
We have developed several all-inclusive meeting packages, with half-day and full-day options, at either basic or deluxe level. We are confident that you’ll find everything you need for a successful meeting, training, or retreat. Facility fees, services, and taxes are packaged together with all of your food and beverage needs at a simple per person price for ease of budgeting. We’ve compiled plenty of snack and meal options that will fit right into your meeting agenda and there will never a shortage of refreshments.

THIS SPACE CAN BE RESERVED PRIOR TO NOON IF YOUR GROUP HAS BOOKED A MINIMUM OF TEN (10) OVERNIGHT GUEST ROOMS FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR MEETING!

Great room full-day meeting package
Our all-inclusive full day meeting packages include full-service catering throughout the day, which includes an all-day beverage and snack station, a grab and go style breakfast, a lunch buffet and an afternoon break.
Our full day meeting packages include room rental of up eight hours.

Our half day meeting packages include room rental of up to four hours and is designed for groups beginning at 1pm or later.
great room layouts
Our largest room is both stunning and versatile, as we are able to configure this space to suit each group’s unique needs. It can be set in a U-shape for up to 23 guests, classroom style for 37, and banquet sets can accommodate up to 54 guests within a traditional family-style seating arrangement. With two walls of windows overlooking scenic FJ Sayers Reservoir, a soaring cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and a two-story stone fireplace, the setting is sure to make your event memorable. This space is immediately adjacent to our covered porches and lobby which allows for seamless transitions for breaks and meals.
The Great Room also features wireless internet, conference call capabilities, and state-of-the-art AV resources all of which add to the overall versatility of this great room.
