Fall 2025 dates will not be released/available for booking until after the official 2025 Penn State football schedule is released, at which time we may make another couple of dates available.

The Nature Inn Wedding Workbook was created by our wedding coordinator to provide our wedding couples with a quality, detailed planning tool. This workbook has been designed to assist you with every step of planning your upcoming wedding at The Nature Inn. It will guide you through all of the to dos and provide helpful tips that we believe are important for every couple to know about when planning their wedding at The Nature Inn. Most of all, it will give you peace of mind that your big day will be nothing short of perfect!

Your Wedding Reception
The majority of our wedding receptions fall within the 75 to 90 guest range, resulting in a comfortable, energized atmosphere utilizing indoor, outdoor, and patio seating during the course of your ceremony and reception. For wedding receptions between 90 to 125 guests, we take full advantage of the inn’s outdoor spaces by erecting a supplemental tent for dinner service.
Our in-house culinary staff has developed two signature menu options for your reception. The first is a classic menu with an assortment of passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, followed by a traditional dinner that can be served either buffet style or as a plated meal. The second option is a unique social reception incorporating local flavors and trends with action stations for a vibrant, interactive affair.

All-Inclusive Transparent Pricing
We take pride in the transparency of our pricing structure with absolutely no hidden fees. We are aware that many wedding venues are not upfront with the overall cost, making it difficult for couples to determine if they can stay within their budget or not. We decided to change that industry standard and make all of our pricing easily available to anyone interested in our venue. Our transparent pricing structure makes it simple for potential wedding couples to determine, to the penny, what their wedding at The Nature Inn will cost by using this simple equation:
Package Price + (Reception Menu Price x # of Guests) = Total Cost
All charges, including tax & gratuity, have been calculated and are included in our all-inclusive pricing structure for every wedding package that we offer. Likewise, our reception pricing is based on the menu selected, service style, and actual number of guests attending and is a straightforward, all-inclusive price per person. Please note that wedding receptions that exceed 90 guests, or choose to have tented reception seating, will require additional equipment rentals with corresponding charges. Your event planner will be glad to provide you with a personalized quote.

Destination Weekend Wedding Package
Our most popular wedding package, the Destination Weekend Wedding Package, is designed for couples who are looking for an all-inclusive, weekend-long celebration with their family and friends during our peak wedding season. These wedding weekends fall between April and October and are hand selected over two years in advance by our wedding coordinator.
This package includes the inn facility rental from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, vendor credits that assist in your chosen third party professional vendor services, a menu tasting for the couple and a dedicated wedding coordinator to help you through every step of the process! The package also features a fully catered weekend for up to 50, including your rehearsal dinner, breakfast each morning, a big day luncheon, late night pizza display and s’mores for around the fire pit.
