Boating

boating on f.j. sayers lake

Spend a day boating on the lake with the warm sun beaming down, the cool breeze in your hair and the water splashing as you cruise the 8-mile-long, 1730-acre FJ Sayers Lake. Whether you bring your own boat or are interested in renting a boat from Boats & Bikes at the park marina, a day on the water is the perfect addition to your stay at The Nature Inn. Don’t forget to try your skills at water skiing, tubing or wakeboarding during your boating adventure.

Transient wet and dry slips are rented on a daily basis for a nominal fee for guests that are traveling with their own boat. Information on the rental of these spaces is available through the park office at 814.625.2775, option 5.

There are six boat launches within the park and most have picnic tables,

grills and restrooms available for visitors. Click on any launch to view its location!
